Return & Refund Policy

At House of Jahuri, we strive to ensure that every product delivered meets your expectations. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we are here to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Returns or refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

You have received a wrong product, or
The product was damaged at the time of delivery

No returns or refunds will be accepted for any other reasons.

2. Mandatory Proof Requirements

To process a return or refund request, customers must provide:

A complete, uncut package opening video clearly showing:
- The sealed package before opening
- The unboxing process
- The product condition upon opening
Clear images of the damaged or incorrect product

This is required to verify that the issue occurred during delivery and not after receipt.

3. Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return/refund request within 48 hours of delivery
Requests submitted after this period may not be considered

4. Verification & Approval

All requests are subject to verification by our team
House of Jahuri reserves the exclusive right to approve or reject any return or refund request based on the evidence provided

5. Return Process

If your request is approved:
- Our team will guide you through the return process
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact

6. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the payment mode
